In March 2023, we performed a new siding replacement job in Pomfret, CT.
One of our recent jobs was removing some deteriorating Stucco siding and replacing it with Market Square D4 Style Siding and synthetic underlayment house wrap. Removing the existing stucco siding was an involved process. It required demoing the stucco and mesh, and exposing the bare wall sheathing. After that, house wrap was installed on the sheathing to act as an extra layer of protection for the home. Finally, siding installers were able to fasten the D4 siding to the wall, along with vinyl cedar impressions, made by Royal Building Products.

The color the customer chose for the window trim was classic white, which went well with the new medium rich green color of the house. The exterior trim was a brown aluminum coil trim that pieced the colors together nicely with a balance of darks and from the chimney, roof and exterior trim, and lights from the siding and window trim. With the Soffit and Fascia kept as is, the finished product is shown directly below.
Our team also performed a roof replacement on the garage, we think the Owens Corning Duration Shingle Terra Cotta color goes excellent with the Market Square Cypress Green and brown trim coil.
